Family Shoutout: Meet the Amazing Reid Family!
At the Down Syndrome Association of Central Oklahoma (DSACO), we are proud to walk alongside incredible families like the Reids. Today, we’re shining a spotlight on this wonderful family — Jeremy, Jill, Jackson, Jolee, and Judah — whose journey and joy inspire us daily!
Jeremy and Jill’s love story began at Kansas State University, where they met and built the foundation of their growing family. Together, they are raising three amazing children, including their youngest, Judah, who is two years old and full of personality and potential.
After receiving a prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome, Jeremy and Jill connected with DSACO, looking for information, resources, and — most importantly — community. What they found was a network of support, encouragement, and lifelong friendships. We are honored to be part of their journey.
Judah is already showing the world what he’s capable of. He’s been working hard on his verbal communication skills and has made incredible progress — way to go, Judah! His favorite things include reading books, dancing, and singing along to his favorite songs. His joyful spirit and determination bring smiles to everyone around him.
Families like the Reids remind us why our mission matters. By building connections, offering support, and celebrating every milestone — big or small — we create a stronger, more inclusive community for all individuals with Down syndrome.
Whether you’ve just received a new diagnosis or are seeking resources for the school-age years, teenage transitions, or adulthood, DSACO is here for you every step of the way. Explore our website to find the tools, programs, and support tailored to every stage of life — because every journey is unique, and every family matters.
