We need enthusiastic volunteers to help make this event magical! Here's how you can assist:
Volunteer Roles:
- Β Β Β Set-Up: Help transform the venue into a holiday wonderland. Assist with decorating, arranging food stations, setting up crafts, and preparing the photo booth.
- β¨ Food Station Helper: Assist with serving hors d'oeuvres, and treats, and help at the hot chocolate station.
- π΅ DJ Assistant: Help DJ Partyman engage with the crowd and ensure a fun dance floor experience.
- π Santa's Helper: Coordinate activities with Mr. and Mrs. Claus and manage the photo line for those capturing special memories with them.
- π Activity Coordinator: Set up and oversee family-friendly games and crafts to keep the holiday spirit alive.
Dress Code: Get festive! Wear a fun holiday outfit to match the joyous spirit of the event.
